MAILBOX

We have shifted operations to the mail box located in the rink. SE corner behind the door going to the benches. You will be picking up and placing your scrip orders at the mail box.   

Please get into the habit of placing your order & money in a sealed envelope and placing it in the outgoing mail slot of the mail box.  I will pick up orders from there.  

When you place your order, I will assign you a mailbox.  You will be sharing with several other people due to the popularity of the program and the limited number of mailboxes. I will then leave your key at the front desk for pick-up.  Please do not lose your key - you will have to pay to have it replaced.

OTHER AVAILABLE SCRIP

If you see a vendor on the scrip vendors A-Z that you would like to purchase from, and it is not listed on the NCYH order form, please write in the vendor name, number, quantity and value and I will order it for you.

I am unable to list every vendor on the NCYH order form and keep it to a manageable size list. Sometimes a vendor is not available, and I will be sure to contact you if you have ordered from them.  I get updates from UnitedScrip each time I order.

Also, please check the additions, deletions, and specials section on the website. I try to provide the most current information that I have.

All monies acculumated from Scrip Card purchases must go towards player tuition only. They cannot be used for team assessment fees.

For all orders, NCYH will collect 1% of purchases from vendors that offer more than a 3% discount.  This is to defray shipping and program costs.

SCRIP SCHEDULE

Whichever way you choose to order (hard copy form or online), scrip orders will be picked up (and placed) AND delivered on Fridays. All scrip orders must be dropped off or ordered online by 5pm on Fridays.  Scrip will be delivered by 6 pm the following Friday. 

Please check the web site often. Percentages/prices change all the time. I encourage you to print your order form off the web site each time, as the order form on the web site has the most current information.
